Quit The Anxiety Habit

Does this sound familiar?

“I’m fine… I got this. No wait, I screwed up… ugh, its not going well, forget it, this is going to fail”

Unless you have a crystal ball, we all face uncertainty, which is a good thing! Healthy uncertainty helps us grow, create novelty and excitement, dreams, hopes, and something to reach for. But out of control, some of us can spiral into circular thinking and negative thought patterns that limit us from taking action in ways that would lead us to the life we really deserve.

Is anxiety getting in your way?

• do you limit yourself from certain experiences you want to have but are too afraid?

• does the thought of change make your skin crawl?

• do spiralling thoughts about the future keep you up at night?

• do you give up on things you were really excited about?

• In relationships, are you just trying to hang on and are to afraid to be yourself?

• is there one situation that creates an unreasonable fear over and over again?

• are you experiencing physical symptoms? (persistent lower belly fat, sweating thinking about certain situations, feeling unreasonably tired…)

• do you procrastinate and make excuses about doing something but really your afraid if what might happen?

• do you get really really defensive when someone is suggesting the world might be different than you think it is?

Are you feeling like you’re completely stuck and about to lose YOUR MIND?! Yeah me too.

Until I learned to give my anxiety a voice, and create a healthy space for uncertainty.

Let’s kick that anxiety addiction in the but once and for all.

We will look at gut, heart and head based practical strategies you can use to transform your relationship with uncertainty.

EVERYONE can improve their relationship with uncertainty and anxiety. This will make a HUGE difference in your life. Thats why I’m really excited to see how you will build a better life, have the guts to go for what you want, and generally get out of your own way when you can ROCK uncertainty.
